The Simple Law That Shapes Your Life: Live According to God's Word


Life may appear different for each individual, but in reality, there are only two paths: "Follow God and find happiness," or "Disobey God and experience unhappiness."

Right now, Japan is facing a series of disasters, and countless people are enduring unprecedented suffering.  This misery, however, is not a mere accident—it is the consequence of turning away from God’s guidance. 

Even when people hear God’s word, many fail to heed it.

No matter what people believe or whether they choose to acknowledge it, the truth remains: there are only two types of lives.  You can "Obey God and be happy," or you can "Disobey God and be unhappy."

Those who choose to obey God will find happiness, even if the face of temporary hardship, and their lives will ultimately flourish.

Conversely, those who disobey God’s commandments are bound to face misfortune that will outweigh any fleeting success or good fortune.  Their path will be marked by adversely.

Many people will come to understand this simple truth only when they are nearing the end of their lives.  

Those who have lived in alignment with God will leave this world with peace, content in knowing they lived a fulfilling, joyful life.  But those who strayed from God’s teachings will pass away burdened by regrets and unfulfilled desires.

My sincere prayer is that all who read these Words will recognize this simple law, choose to follow God’s guidance, and live a life full of joy and purpose.
