Preparing Ourselves Spiritually to Receive God's Blessings

God desires to bless us abundantly.  However, if you haven’t yet received His abundance, it may be a sign that you're still in the process of becoming the right vessel to fully receive it. In life, there are many things that are suitable for adults but not for children.  Take, for example, a knife. While an adult can safely use a knife with proper care and skill, giving one to a child could be dangerous. A child might unintentionally harm themselves or others, so we would never give a knife to a child without careful consideration. In the same way, God waits for us to reach spiritual maturity before bestowing His blessings upon us.  Consider wealth, for instance. If someone is spiritually immature, receiving great wealth could lead to temptation or a shift in their trust—from trusting in God to trusting in money.  Though God promises to bless us with wealth and honor, these gifts are best given when we are ready to handle them without compromising our faith. God comes to those who call on Him.

Always call on God. He draws near to those who seek Him. God comes to those who call on Him. When God draws near, we experience His love and find our hearts fulfilled. But His presence also brings justice, guidance, and abundant blessings that satisfy our deepest desires. In God’s presence, we are naturally influenced by His goodness, and His peace fills our lives. We, as human beings, are shaped by the company we keep. When we surround ourselves with good people, we are inspired to live well; when we immerse ourselves in evil, we are drawn into darkness. Similarly, when God is with us, His presence transforms our hearts, aligning our thoughts and desires with His own. Those who do not know how to call on God miss out on these blessings, living in a state of emptiness and spiritual despair. Life without God is truly devoid of meaning and joy. In contrast, a life with God is filled with hope, peace, and joy—it's a taste of heaven on earth. My prayer for each of you is that you will ...
